Baked Chocolate Pudding

2 slices white bread

2 cups milk

6 tsp. sugar

2 egg yolks

3 tsp. Hershey's cocoa

1 Tbsp. melted butter

2 tsp. vanilla

Break the bread and soak in milk; set aside. Blend sugar, egg yolks, cocoa and vanilla; add to bread mixture. Pour butter into mixture; stir well. Pour into a 9" pie plate. Bake in preheated oven at 300 degrees for 50 minutes. Top with meringue.
