Chicken Tetrazinni

Saute 1/2 onion and 2 stalks chopped celery in 1 Tbsp. margarine.

Add to:

1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup

1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup

Add:

about 5 chopped boiled chicken breasts (save broth)

3 Tbsp. black olives

When heated through, add 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese. Heat until serving temperature. If sauce becomes too thick, add chicken broth (usually 1/4 cup). Serve over spaghetti that has been cooked in broth reserved from cooking chicken.
