My Mother's Chocolate Frosting

4-1/2 Tbsp butter

3 tsp. cream

4-1/2 Tbsp. strong coffee

4-1/2 Tbsp. cocoa

3 cups powdered sugar

1/3 tsp. salt

3/4 tsp. vanilla
