Cream Corn Casserole

2 cups cooked rice

1 lb. can creamed corn

2 Tbsp. melted butter

1 egg

1 Tbsp. sugar

1 small onion

Bacon

Saute onion in a little bit of shortening. Combine other ingredients. Pour in dish. Lay 3 or 4 strips of bacon on top.

Bake at 325 degrees until bacon is crisp.
