Ham, Cheese, and Potato Bake 2 Tbsp. chopped onion 1/4 cup margarine (half a stick) 1/8 cup flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Dash of pepper 1-1/2 cups milk 2 cups shredded mild cheddar 1/2 lb. ham, cut into cubes 4 cups cooked potato slices Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour and seasonings, gradually add milk - cook - stirring constantly until thickened. Add 1-1/2 cups cheese - stir until melted. In a buttered 2 quart casserole dish, layer potatoes, ham and sauce - ending with sauce. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining cheese and serve.
