Hawaiian Chicken Marinade

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup sherry

2 cups pineapple juice

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/3 cup sugar

1 tsp. granulated garlic

Marinate at least 8 hours before grilling chicken. Works best with boneless, skinless breasts. This recipe makes enough for 8-10 chicken breasts. Serve with a slice or two of grilled pineapple and rice pilaf, or cut the chicken into cubes for great kebabs (if you're doing kebabs, this marinade also works for chunks of sirloin or pork loin).
