Lemon Bars

Crust:

1 cup margarine

2 cups flour

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Mix together and pack well into the bottom of 15"x10" or

9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Topping:

4 beaten eggs

2 cups sugar

4 Tbsp. flour

6 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. baking powder

Mix together flour, pinch of salt, and baking powder.

Combine the beaten eggs, lemon juice and sugar. Add this to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour on top of hot crust and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar after removing from oven. Cut bars while still warm.
