Lime Salad 1 small pkg. of cottage cheese, creamed (use a hand mixer to break the curds up into a smooth consistency) 1 small can crushed pineapple 1 small Cool Whip 1 pkg. lime jello Drain juice off pineapple and pour over dry jello in a pan. Bring juice and jello to a boil. Mix pineapple and well creamed cottage cheese in bowl. Pour boiling mixture over it and chill for five minutes. Mix Cool Whip into chilled salad. Let set in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
