Oven-Fried Potatoes 3 medium potatoes 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. pepper Scrub potatoes and cut each into 1/8 inch wedges. Place wedges, slightly overlapping, in a single layer in a 13"x9"x2" pan. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Brush potatoes with half of oil mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with remaining seasoned oil mixture.
