Pecan Pie

3 large or 4 small eggs

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup white Karo syrup

1 Tbsp. flour

3 Tbsp. melted butter

1 tsp. vanilla

1 cup pecans (preferably the small, native Texas pecan...they are harder to crack and shell but taste much better than the long, papershell variety)

Beat eggs. Add other ingredients and mix well. After mixing, fold in pecans.

Pour into uncooked pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
