Sugar Cookies

Cream together:

1/2 cup shortening

1 cup sugar

Add:

2 eggs

1/2 tsp. vanilla

2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. milk

2-1/4 cups flour (may need to add more)

Roll out dough and use cookie cutters to make shapes. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
