Vanilla Egg Custard

3 eggs, whole - Put in mixer, beat well

1/2 cup sugar

pinch of salt

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups milk

Beat, pour in custard dishes, heat water on stove, put in pan, pour one inch water around cups, cook at 325 degrees about 1 hour, until set. Top with nutmeg.
