West Texas Spaghetti

1-1/2 lb. beef (hamburger)

small onion, chopped

1/2 bell pepper, chopped

1 small pkg. spaghetti

1 can tomatoes

2 cans tomato sauce

1 can whole kernel corn (drained)

1/2 lb. cheddar cheese

Salt and Pepper to taste

Fry beef until done, saute bell pepper and onion in butter. Mix meat, onions and bell pepper together after cooking.

Cook spaghetti until done, then drain. Mix tomatoes, tomato sauce and corn; simmer 20 min. Mix all ingredients (except cheese) together, and place 1/2 in greased 9x12 pan, cover with grated cheese, add other 1/2, cover with grated cheese. Bake 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven.
